I LOVE having salads for lunch and I honestly never get tired of them. But, I do enjoy switching up what I put in my salads. This is one of my favorite Reset recipes: Asian Cabbage Salad. Here’s the recipe if you want to try it for yourself!
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1 1/2 Tsp. fresh ginger juice (grate a piece of fresh ginger and squeeze juice into bowl)
2 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/2 Head Napa or Savoy cabbage (or regular green cabbage)
1 Carrot, shredded
1/4 Small onion, thinly sliced (I don’t like raw onion so I left this out)
1 1/2 Green onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. roughly chopped cilantro (I used parsley)
Himalayan salt (to taste)
Mix first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Serves 1. (It makes a HUGE salad which is another reason I love this recipe!!) Oh, and I like to add a little sliver of avocado to the tippy top!
