These Turkey Enchiladas were a BIG hit for dinner tonight! Don’t let the long list of ingredients scare you–most of them are spices since you’re making the enchilada sauce from scratch. But none of the ingredients are fancy, and I had everything I needed already in my pantry and fridge!
