For this week’s Transformation Tuesday, we are featuring Shannon Mills. Here is her transformation story in her own words:
“At the end of February 2013, I weighed myself and I was 185 lbs. I had enough! I joined a gym and started working out and was doing well. I dropped to 165 lbs by July 2103. During, this time I didn’t really change any eating habits and considered what I was doing as a diet and work. So, mid-July I quit going to the gym because I didn’t want to spend so much time there and my weight went back up.
Fast forward to May 2014; I was scrolling thru Facebook and a smiling pretty face showed up on my time line, Liz Patton Fitness! I read her bio and was intrigued. I decided to join one of Liz’s challenge groups and try Shakeology along with clean eating. My first challenge group with Liz, I struggled but she didn’t let me fall.
I’m proud to say I have lost a total of 42.2 lbs! And in the past 5 months, 25 lbs of my weight loss has been with Shakeology and T25. I love Shakeology! I love that I only have to work out for 30 minutes, and I love how I feel putting clean food into my body! I love my new lifestyle!
I can’t thank Liz enough for helping me really focus and change my way of thinking about food. She has been a blessing in my life! I know God had His hand in it because she focuses on fitness with God as a main focus. I thought this is it! I heard Him speak–it was time to really get serious about changing me. Thank you!”
