I have to be really honest with you and share that for a loooong time I tried doing my fitness journey on my own. And you know what? It’s hard, and it’s exhausting. But when I finally surrendered my struggles to my Creator who promises in Psalm 139 that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, I was finally able to find peace! This group is something that God has really laid on my heart and its content is truly my passion and purpose! My G.A.I.N. FitCamp has four basic components – I like to think of it as: GOD + ACCOUNTABILITY + INSPIRATION + NOURISH AND NURTURE = SUCCESS.

I am interested!

  • God

God made you wonderful. Psalm 139 says you are wonderfully and fearfully made. You are beautiful and loved, no matter if you’re a size zero or a size thirty. You are beautiful just the way you are. But God loves you so much that He doesn’t want you to stay in a place of defeat. It’s so important to find peace in our lives with the efforts we put into getting our “temples” healthy, and in G.A.I.N. God will be one of our key areas of focus as we learn to treat our bodies as temples of His Holy Spirit.

This is what I think the missing link is in so many fitness plans…and that’s where this group comes in! We check in with each other daily, share successes & struggles…and of course, I’m there for encouragement, motivation & support. It is the mutual accountability and support that my challenge groups provide that has made the BIGGEST difference in the success of my challengers! You will never be alone on this journey! I am here for you every step of the way!

I’ve been right where you are, and I can relate to this struggle. I am passionate about sharing my top tips, strategies, recipes, and one-on-one coaching with you to help you learn how to make this a lifestyle, and NOT a diet! We will also be learning from Lysa Terkeurst who wrote the book, “Made to Crave” to learn how to turn to God during our cravings instead of turning to food.

You can’t out train a bad diet! I LOVE teaching my challengers to have Empowered Eating instead of willpower. You will learn how to think about food in terms of how many clean, whole foods you GET to eat, and as you eat more of those healthy foods, they will begin to crowd out the unhealthy ones. And of course in learning to treat our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit, we will also be working out! I will work with you to find a home workout program that will best meet your needs and complement your current fitness goals.

Again, I’m SO excited about this group and can’t wait to dig in and get started!! If this sounds like something that might meet your needs, scroll down to fill out the form, and I will personally email you more information!
