  • FOCUS ON OUR PERFECTER, NOT PERFECTION

    God made you wonderful. Psalm 139 says you are wonderfully and fearfully made. You are beautiful and loved, no matter if you’re a size zero or a size thirty. You are beautiful just the way you are. But God loves you so much that He doesn’t want you to stay in a place of defeat. It’s so important to find peace in our lives with the efforts we put into getting our “temples” healthy, and in this FREEDOM FitCamp, God will be one of our key areas of focus as we learn to focus on HIM instead of seeking perfection in ourselves.
  • RECEIVE SUPPORT AND MOTIVATION

    This is what I think the missing link is in so many fitness plans..,and that’s where this group comes in! We check in with each other daily, share successes & struggles…and of course, I’m there for encouragement, motivation & support. It is the mutual accountability and support that my challenge groups provide that has made the BIGGEST difference in the success of my challengers! You will never be alone on this journey—I am here for you every step of the way!

    We will learn to honor our hunger and fullness signals in order to create a healthy relationship with food, mind, and body.

    We’ve all been there–angry with ourselves for overeating, for our lack of willpower, for failing at yet another diet that was supposed to be the last one. But the problem isn’t with you. It’s that dieting has stopped you from listening to your body. In FREEDOM we will learn how to make this a lifestyle, and not a diet.I am interested!
  • DEVELOP HEALTHY HABITS, NOT RESTRICTIONS

    As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I LOVE teaching my clients how to think about food in terms of how many clean, whole foods you GET to eat on this journey!  But I also know that my clients are all busy women, and it’s often hard to find time to fuel our bodies with clean, whole foods.  That’s why we will be supplementing one meal a day with Shakeology – your daily dose of dense nutrition that thankfully either tastes like a chocolate milkshake or fruit smoothie (depending on which flavor you choose!) This is NOT just a protein shake – this tasty shake contains all of the NUTRIENTS your body craves.     Of course we will be nurturing our bodies with exercise! We have a huge variety of at home workout programs that you can do right from the comfort of your own home, and I will work with you to help you find the best program that will best meet your needs and complement your current fitness goals. We will be moving our bodies mindfully, and NOT as a way to work off calories or punish ourselves for food we’ve eaten. Our bodies were MADE to move, and we will do so in a way that makes us feel healthy and strong.
