Three years ago I was training for a triathlon and wanted to make sure that I was fueling my body with adequate nutrition so I set out to learn more. Like most people, I started my research on Google! That lead me to a YouTube video created by a woman that I truly connected with about the health benefits of Shakeology. Three years later, the woman in that video is now one of my most precious friends and Shakeology is still a non-negotiable part of my day because it’s changed my life!

I often am asked by people how I make it because for some reason people have this misconception that it’s time consuming or complicated. I can seriously whip up my morning shake in less time than I could have made a bowl of oatmeal (which is what I used to always have for breakfast, but it was missing Superfoods, vitamins, nutrients, probiotics, and protein).
