Two of the most common questions I get asked are “What do you eat every day?” and “How do you stay on track?” While I do like to change things up, I generally tend to eat the same foods every week in some shape, way, or form. There has been a lot of research on highly successful, healthy people and the common thread between them is that they consistently have the same healthy habits, and they generally eat the same clean, whole foods. Creating a habit is what will keep you on track!
That doesn’t mean that your meals have to be boring and the exact same thing every single day. This is why I LOVE creating Mason Jar Salads. It helps keep me on track but adds enough variety so that I don’t get bored with my food. The added bonus is that you can make them ahead of time, so they are such a great grab-and-go food!
