One thing I LOVE about Memorial Day weekend is being able to grill out! It’s the holiday that kicks off the Summer and all of the fun I get to look forward to having with my family. There is nothing better than being outside hanging with my husband, smelling the yummy food on the grill and watching my boys burn off their never ending energy!
When I came across this recipe, I knew it was one I had to share! Not only it is visually appealing, but it’s full of so many healthy veggies. You can even customize them to have the veggies that you love. This would be a great dish to bring with you to help you stay on track this weekend. You can even add chicken or shrimp to them to really up your grill game!
