I decided to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition so that I could work with women to help them find body and food freedom so they can live their fullest and most free lives in Christ. Instead of prescribing a specific diet, I tailor an individualized wellness program to guide and support women to help them look and feel their very best.
